Customer Support at Hostgator

There is plenty of choice in webhosting companies. Sometimes it’s hard to compare all their plans but today I learned customer support is very important.
I had an issue with my sites tonight. I tried to log into one for a check of some stats and it showed a "500 Internal Server Error". In fact they all did.
I have no idea what that meant but it did not look good …
So I went to the website of my hosting company and found the live chat button. Soon someone responded and after a few minutes my sites were back up again!
Good customer service. This is important because I want people visiting my sites to find what they are looking for!
